PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES OF OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING FOR, SUBMITTING CONTENT TO, MAKING A DONATION THROUGH, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1. GENERAL

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at oikonomosfdn.org, together with any related webpages, online services, communications, forms, applications, content, features, and functionality made available by Oikonomos Foundation ("Oikonomos Foundation," "Oikonomos," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").

Oikonomos Foundation is an Illinois nonprofit corporation and a tax-exempt organization described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, subject to applicable law and the Foundation's governing documents.

The Services may include, without limitation:

* Information regarding Oikonomos Foundation and its activities;

* Information regarding charitable, religious, educational, and humanitarian initiatives;

* Information regarding organizations and programs supported by Oikonomos Foundation;

* Grant and funding opportunities;

* Grant application materials and submission systems;

* Online charitable donation services;

* News, announcements, and organizational updates;

* Email newsletters and communications;

* Articles, reports, photographs, videos, graphics, and other materials;

* Contact forms and other communication features;

* Testimonials, stories, and other user-submitted materials;

* Links to third-party websites and resources; and

* Social-media pages and other digital communications operated or maintained by Oikonomos Foundation.

Oikonomos Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or terminate any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

Oikonomos Foundation may also modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted to the Services unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, business, nonprofit, church, ministry, institution, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not have such authority, you may not use the Services on behalf of that organization or entity.

3. CHARITABLE AND FUNDING ACTIVITIES

Oikonomos Foundation may provide charitable support to organizations and initiatives in the United States and internationally.

Potential beneficiaries may include, without limitation:

* Churches;

* Christian ministries;

* Christian schools;

* Colleges, universities, and seminaries;

* Missionary organizations;

* Christian nonprofit organizations;

* Humanitarian and charitable organizations; and

* Other organizations and initiatives consistent with the Foundation's charitable purposes.

Oikonomos Foundation may identify organizations for support independently or accept applications for grants or other financial assistance.

The publication of information concerning a grant, funding opportunity, program, application, or area of charitable support does not constitute a promise or guarantee that funding will be awarded.

Oikonomos Foundation retains discretion, subject to applicable law, regarding the organizations, individuals, programs, projects, and initiatives it supports.

4. GRANT APPLICATIONS AND SUBMISSIONS

Where Oikonomos Foundation accepts grant applications or other funding requests, applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

By submitting an application, an applicant represents and warrants that:

1. The information provided is truthful and accurate;

2. The applicant has authority to submit the application;

3. The applicant has obtained all necessary permissions relating to submitted materials;

4. Submitted materials do not knowingly infringe the rights of third parties; and

5. The submission complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Submission of an application does not guarantee funding, approval, partnership, or any other form of assistance.

Oikonomos Foundation may request additional information or documentation as part of its review process.

Unless a separate written agreement is executed by authorized representatives of Oikonomos Foundation, submission of an application does not create a contractual relationship between the applicant and Oikonomos Foundation.

Oikonomos Foundation may reject, decline, suspend, or discontinue an application or funding opportunity at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. DONATIONS AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

Oikonomos Foundation may accept charitable contributions through the Services.

By submitting a donation, you represent and warrant that:

* You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

* All information provided in connection with the donation is accurate;

* The donation is made voluntarily; and

* The transaction does not violate applicable law.

Oikonomos Foundation may use contributions in furtherance of its charitable purposes and in accordance with applicable law, its governing documents, and any donor restrictions accepted by the Foundation.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, making a donation does not create a contractual obligation for Oikonomos Foundation to provide funding to a particular organization, individual, project, ministry, or program.

Oikonomos Foundation reserves the right to decline, return, or otherwise address a contribution when required or permitted by applicable law or when necessary to comply with its legal, charitable, or organizational obligations.

Donation receipts and other documentation will be provided as required by applicable law.

6. TAX INFORMATION AND DONOR RESPONSIBILITY

Oikonomos Foundation does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

Although Oikonomos Foundation is organized and operates as a tax-exempt organization described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the tax treatment of any particular contribution depends on the individual circumstances of the donor and applicable law.

Donors are solely responsible for determining the tax consequences of their contributions and should consult their own qualified tax, legal, or financial advisors regarding charitable deductions and related matters.

Oikonomos Foundation makes no representation that a particular contribution will be deductible by a particular donor to any specific extent.

7. WEBSITE CONTENT

The Services may contain information concerning Oikonomos Foundation, its activities, supported organizations, charitable initiatives, educational materials, funding opportunities, and other subjects.

Oikonomos Foundation endeavors to provide accurate and useful information but does not guarantee that all Content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Information may be changed, updated, corrected, or removed without notice.

Content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes and should not be construed as legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the website design, website structure, Oikonomos Foundation name and logo, trademarks, service marks, graphics, photographs, audiovisual materials, and other materials created or commissioned by Oikonomos Foundation in connection with the Services are owned by, controlled by, or licensed to Oikonomos Foundation.

Individual authors and creators retain ownership of their original works unless they have separately transferred or licensed those rights to Oikonomos Foundation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property from an author, creator, or other rights holder to Oikonomos Foundation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use publicly available Content for personal, educational, church, ministry, or other non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without appropriate authorization:

* Reproduce substantial portions of Content;

* Modify or create derivative works from protected Content;

* Distribute Content for commercial purposes;

* Remove copyright or other proprietary notices;

* Claim Content created by another person as your own;

* Use Content in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation; or

* Reproduce or imitate the Oikonomos Foundation website, branding, or visual identity.

Permission for uses beyond those permitted by these Terms may be requested by contacting Oikonomos Foundation.

9. OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION NAME AND LOGO

The name Oikonomos Foundation, the Oikonomos Foundation logo, and associated names, marks, logos, and branding are intended to identify Oikonomos Foundation and its activities.

You may not use the Oikonomos Foundation name, logo, trademarks, or branding without prior written permission when such use could reasonably imply:

* Sponsorship;

* Endorsement;

* Partnership;

* Authorization;

* Official affiliation; or

* Representation of Oikonomos Foundation.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use Oikonomos Foundation's trademarks or branding.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS

The Services may permit users to submit contact information, testimonials, stories, photographs, videos, grant applications, comments, feedback, questions, documents, or other materials ("Submissions").

You remain responsible for the Submissions you provide.

By submitting material to Oikonomos Foundation, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the material or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it;

2. Your Submission does not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

3. You have obtained appropriate permissions or releases from recognizable individuals when required;

4. Your Submission does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or malicious material;

5. Your Submission does not contain malicious software or code; and

6. Your Submission complies with these Terms and applicable law.

11. LICENSE TO SUBMITTED MATERIALS

By submitting material to Oikonomos Foundation through the Services, you grant Oikonomos Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, edit, translate, and otherwise use the Submission for purposes reasonably related to Oikonomos Foundation's charitable, educational, informational, communications, fundraising, and organizational activities.

This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual-property rights.

Oikonomos Foundation is not obligated to publish, use, retain, or return any Submission and may remove or decline to publish any Submission at its discretion.

Oikonomos Foundation may edit Submissions for reasonable purposes such as formatting, length, grammar, clarity, or adaptation to a particular medium.

12. TESTIMONIALS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND STORIES

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, stories, photographs, videos, or similar materials for possible publication, you understand that Oikonomos Foundation may use those materials in connection with its charitable, educational, communications, fundraising, and organizational activities pursuant to the rights granted in these Terms or any separate release.

Oikonomos Foundation will not knowingly use submitted materials in a manner that materially misrepresents their original context.

Where a separate written release is appropriate or legally required, Oikonomos Foundation may request such release before publication or use.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services:

* For any unlawful purpose;

* To violate applicable laws or regulations;

* To impersonate another person or organization;

* To misrepresent your relationship with Oikonomos Foundation;

* To obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or information;

* To interfere with the operation or security of the Services;

* To introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;

* To scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically collect Content or information using automated means without authorization;

* To distribute spam or other unsolicited communications;

* To infringe the rights of another person or organization;

* To submit fraudulent information;

* To interfere with another user's access to the Services; or

* To engage in any activity that could reasonably damage Oikonomos Foundation, its users, supported organizations, or the integrity of the Services.

Oikonomos Foundation reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

14. USER ACCOUNTS

Oikonomos Foundation does not currently require or offer general user accounts on the website.

Oikonomos Foundation may introduce account-based features in the future. If such features are introduced, additional terms or account requirements may apply.

If you are provided with account credentials in connection with a future Service, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

15. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to Oikonomos Foundation's email communications, including newsletters, news, organizational updates, ministry stories, announcements, fundraising communications, and other information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the applicable communication.

Oikonomos Foundation may continue to send administrative, transactional, or legally required communications where appropriate.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may use third-party providers to support website functionality, payment processing, communications, analytics, security, hosting, or other operational functions.

Such providers may include Google, JPMorgan Chase, and other service providers engaged by Oikonomos Foundation from time to time.

Your use of features provided by third parties may also be subject to those providers' separate terms and privacy policies.

Oikonomos Foundation does not control the policies, practices, availability, or security of third-party services and is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

17. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, organizations, ministries, businesses, social-media platforms, or other resources.

These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes.

Oikonomos Foundation does not control third-party websites and does not necessarily endorse their content, products, services, policies, teachings, statements, or practices.

A link to a third-party organization does not, by itself, establish a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or formal affiliation.

You access third-party websites at your own risk.

18. SOCIAL MEDIA

Oikonomos Foundation may maintain official social-media accounts, including accounts on:

* Facebook;

* Instagram; and

* LinkedIn.

Social-media platforms are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies.

Oikonomos Foundation is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or practices of those platforms.

Users are responsible for complying with the applicable terms of each social-media platform.

19. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Oikonomos Foundation Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Privacy Policy explains how Oikonomos Foundation may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information obtained through the Services.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, Oikonomos Foundation cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the Services.

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, FEATURES, AND MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

1. THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES;

2. THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;

3. DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;

4. CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT;

5. THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS; OR

6. FILES OR MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE ANY WARRANTY, RIGHT, OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH A CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS OIKONOMOS FOUNDATION AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

1. Your violation of these Terms;

2. Your violation of applicable law;

3. Your misuse of the Services;

4. Your Submissions;

5. Your infringement or alleged infringement of another person's rights; or

6. Your use of third-party websites or services in violation of applicable terms.

Oikonomos Foundation reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with such defense.

23. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Oikonomos Foundation may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and to the extent permitted by law, including where Oikonomos Foundation reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms or otherwise misused the Services.

Oikonomos Foundation may also discontinue or modify the Services at any time.

Termination or suspension of access does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Submissions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

24. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Oikonomos Foundation respects the intellectual-property rights of others.

If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact Oikonomos Foundation at:

Your notice should provide sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

Oikonomos Foundation may investigate and take appropriate action where warranted.

25. INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

The Services may be accessible from locations throughout the world.

Oikonomos Foundation may support organizations and initiatives both within the United States and internationally. However, not all programs, funding opportunities, services, or activities are necessarily available in every jurisdiction.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.

Oikonomos Foundation makes no representation that the Services or their Content are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction.

26. CHILDREN

The Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information through the Services in circumstances where such collection was not appropriate, please contact Oikonomos Foundation at admin@oikonomosfdn.org.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents Oikonomos Foundation from seeking appropriate equitable or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect its rights, property, intellectual property, confidential information, or charitable interests.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If the provision cannot be enforced, it shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

29. NO WAIVER

Oikonomos Foundation's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Oikonomos Foundation's right to enforce the provision in the future.

30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Oikonomos Foundation Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oikonomos Foundation concerning your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.

These Terms supersede prior agreements or understandings specifically concerning your use of the Services.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Oikonomos Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The "Last Modified" date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
